Health risks occur in the human body when there is any disturbance in the normal body functions. There are many different types of inhibitions that may occur in the human body, and these are usually caused by improper living habits.

The only difference here is that he has a higher remuneration and the stress level is 45% higher. If an individual fails to cope with the stress, his health condition would increase. In contrast to this, coping with the stress would mean that hypertension and other factors remain low.

In this regard, cholesterol becomes an important factor because of the fact that working for long hours means sitting longer each day and less physical activity and exercise and thus, increase of cholesterol in the blood.

Stress, Improper Diet and Lack of Exercise

If an individual does not manage to cope with his stress level he could be in for trouble related to his health. With this being a problem, it must be noted that there isn’t much time for him to exercise.

This means that he cannot even have the chance of lowering his cholesterol level. Hence, the health risk doubles. In addition to this, if his diet is rich in cholesterol-loaded foods then he may be at an extremely high risk of getting a heart attack.

Cholesterol & Heart Attack Risk

The reason why the increased amount of cholesterol in the body puts one at risk of a heart attack is because of the blockage in the arteries. Cholesterol deposits itself on the insides of arteries, and restricts blood flow considerably.

In the arteries supplying blood to the heart even the smallest of cholesterol deposits are considered to be fatal. This is because the heart requires a proper passage of blood in its arteries for oxygen to be supplied to the cardiac muscles. If the cardiac muscles fail to get appropriate amount of oxygen they will collapse.

Stress is known to constrict the arteries in the body and constriction of the arteries that supply oxygen to the cardiac muscles is one part of the risk. In addition to this, if a person does not have a proper diet, his or her cholesterol level will go up. This is because of the gradual depositing of cholesterol in the arteries. If one does not exercise at all, this increases the chances of one getting a heart attack even more.

Avoiding a Heart Attack By Lowering The Cholesterol Level

In view of the causes of cholesterol leasing to heart attacks, it must be asserted that one way to avoid heart attack is to reduce stress or learn to cope with it, along with developing a better diet and exercising frequently.

A healthy diet without excess cholesterol limits the entry of cholesterol in the first place. Regular exercise burns the excess cholesterol one may have deposited in the arteries. So if you manage stress well, reduce the intake of cholesterol-rich foods and exercise regularly, you reduce the chances of high cholesterol levels and therefore prevent yourself from getting a heart attack.
