Gout
Every element in
the human body has some specific function and
advantage to the human body, where the access
amount of that very element can also lead to serious
health problems. Gout
is basically bone disorder resulting out of the
abnormal and excessive amount of uric acid in
the human body.
Basically uric acid is flushed out from the kidney
via urine, as it is a waste product in the human
body. However, when the body experiences excessive
amount of uric acid, it deposits in the joints
in the form of crystals instead of flushing out
with urine via the kidney.
Symptoms Of Gout
Consequently some people feel pain while other
experiences swelling and weakness in that specific
area of the body where the crystals of uric acid
were deposited in the joints. Therefore, this
different bone disorder is recognized as grout
and is categorized to be a kind of arthritis.
Since various bones of the body consists of different
joints, so grout usually affects these major areas
of the body, which include the toes, ankle and
knee as well as the foot, hand, wrist and elbow.
Therefore, a condition where by the normal level
of uric acid, which is basically a waste product
excreted out from the human body in the shape
of urine, exceeds its limit and gets deposits
in the joints is commonly known as grout arthritis.
As a result of these deposits, the body experiences
inflammation of the joints.
Though it is a very common bone disorder in the
world but men are more affected as compared to
women. However, the percentage of grout arthritis
is observed to be higher in the developed countries
where the standard of living is high and individuals
do not get much chance and time to do exercise.
At the same time it is also observed that men
that cross the age of 30 and are under 50 are
more sensitive to grout while women are at the
risk of developing grout after age of 60. Therefore,
this makes us realize the strong need of exercise
to prevent grout arthritis.
Basically the nature of work of both men and
women are different, though women are equally
active at working places as men are but women
are naturally gifted with skills to manage the
house hold activities.
Therefore, this makes women more physically active
then men. While at the same time, women reaching
the age of 60 are old and physically weak and
cannot carry on the physical activities she use
to be into during her prime ages. Therefore, due
to the basic cause leading to this disease, since
the ancient times it is recognized as a royal
disease, as the disease mostly affected people
related to the royal class.
At the same time, people who are originally related
to countries that possess a hardworking life style
but migrate to developed countries and adopt the
high standard of living experience grout arthritis
more frequently as their bones were basically
habitual of constant exercise and with a sudden
change in their physical activity they become
sensitive to various bone disorders and develop
diseases like grout.
On the other hand the most common symptoms identifying
the near risk of grout include, strong and continuous
pain in any of the joints specifically the big
toe, with out any specific reason or cause. At
the same time many people also experience heat
over their skin or feel pressure and pain on a
specific area of their skin, which is swollen.
Moreover, the most confusing aspect of grout
is the sudden and uncertain start of grout. Generally
it starts during the sleep hours with out any
prior warning and it is observed to be very quick
and unexpected. At the same time, the pain also
starts from feeling of numbness to pain increasing
to strong feeling of stretching and sensational
tearing. Moreover, some pressure also develops
in the effected area while increasing the pain
at the same time.
Causes Of Aquiring
Gout
However, there are many reasons leading to the
development of gout. Where as the most common
factor is the tendency to inherit the bone disorder
from the family history. On the other hand, various
medicines disables the capacity of dissolving
uric acid, which results into the deposits of
crystals of uric acid in the human body and eventually
grout is developed.
At the same time people who are addicted to alcohol
and do not follow a balanced diet as well as their
life style lacks continuous physical exercise.
Moreover, individuals who have had experienced
any heart disease like strokes or heart attacks
or even have gone through any heart surgery are
more sensitive to develop grout at any age of
their life. Similarly individuals that experience
acute grout are also sensitive to these heart
problems.
Therefore, one should always be careful of the
symptoms and causes to prevent the development
of grout, specifically those who have a family
history. |
