Every element in the human body has some specific function and advantage to the human body, where the access amount of that very element can also lead to serious health problems. Gout is basically bone disorder resulting out of the abnormal and excessive amount of uric acid in the human body.

Basically uric acid is flushed out from the kidney via urine, as it is a waste product in the human body. However, when the body experiences excessive amount of uric acid, it deposits in the joints in the form of crystals instead of flushing out with urine via the kidney.

Consequently some people feel pain while other experiences swelling and weakness in that specific area of the body where the crystals of uric acid were deposited in the joints. Therefore, this different bone disorder is recognized as grout and is categorized to be a kind of arthritis. Since various bones of the body consists of different joints, so grout usually affects these major areas of the body, which include the toes, ankle and knee as well as the foot, hand, wrist and elbow.

Therefore, a condition where by the normal level of uric acid, which is basically a waste product excreted out from the human body in the shape of urine, exceeds its limit and gets deposits in the joints is commonly known as grout arthritis. Though it is a very common bone disorder in the world but men are more affected as compared to women. However, the percentage of grout arthritis is observed to be higher in the developed countries where the standard of living is high and individuals do not get much chance and time to do exercise.

Therefore, this makes women more physically active then men. While at the same time, women reaching the age of 60 are old and physically weak and cannot carry on the physical activities she use to be into during her prime ages. Therefore, due to the basic cause leading to this disease, since the ancient times it is recognized as a royal disease, as the disease mostly affected people related to the royal class.

At the same time, people who are originally related to countries that possess a hardworking life style but migrate to developed countries and adopt the high standard of living experience grout arthritis more frequently as their bones were basically habitual of constant exercise and with a sudden change in their physical activity they become sensitive to various bone disorders and develop diseases like grout.

On the other hand the most common symptoms identifying the near risk of grout include, strong and continuous pain in any of the joints specifically the big toe, with out any specific reason or cause. At the same time many people also experience heat over their skin or feel pressure and pain on a specific area of their skin, which is swollen.

Moreover, the most confusing aspect of grout is the sudden and uncertain start of grout. Generally it starts during the sleep hours with out any prior warning and it is observed to be very quick and unexpected. At the same time, the pain also starts from feeling of numbness to pain increasing to strong feeling of stretching and sensational tearing. Moreover, some pressure also develops in the effected area while increasing the pain at the same time.

Causes Of Aquiring Gout

However, there are many reasons leading to the development of gout. Where as the most common factor is the tendency to inherit the bone disorder from the family history. On the other hand, various medicines disables the capacity of dissolving uric acid, which results into the deposits of crystals of uric acid in the human body and eventually grout is developed.

At the same time people who are addicted to alcohol and do not follow a balanced diet as well as their life style lacks continuous physical exercise. Moreover, individuals who have had experienced any heart disease like strokes or heart attacks or even have gone through any heart surgery are more sensitive to develop grout at any age of their life. Similarly individuals that experience acute grout are also sensitive to these heart problems.

Therefore, one should always be careful of the symptoms and causes to prevent the development of grout, specifically those who have a family history.
