in selecting the food best for your family.
- Try to be more active, do some exercise so
as to help in proper digestion of food. Time
should be taken out for regular exercise and
activity such as walking or swimming or cycling
which ensure the calories are properly utilized.
- Fat content in food stuffs should be monitored.
- For children, low fat and low sugar content
cookies or chips should be kept in home as well
as natural juices and whole grain cereals.
