A lower side-effect profile
has been shown by vardenafil as compared to
the high side-effect profile by sildenafil.
Headache is not a common side effect and it
is found less frequently with much less severity.
This drug has shown surprising results to show
the efficacy of all doses given to all age groups.
PDE-5 is major enzyme in the intracavernous
system and vardenafil is found to possess a
greater selectivity for this enzyme.
