  • Always stand at a place where handrails are in easy reach so that in case of imbalance you can hold on.
  • Whenever you feel that the activity hurts or you feel sick, stop at once.

It can be said that fitness is a very important factor for people suffering from Parkinson’s disease as it not only helps them in having a life that is free from dependence on others but also provides them freedom to move and enjoy life as other people.
