Stress affects our body as much as food and exercise do. A combination of emotional and physical pressures can make people protect themselves from harmful and dangerous situations. Stress can be caused by a number of factors such as home or office problems as well as problems at school that children face. People belonging to any age group can come under stress.

When we come up against something that threatens our emotional balance, a part of our brain releases stress hormone in our body. The release of this hormone changes the way our body is working and make palms sweat, heart beat faster and put knots in the stomach.
The main purpose of hormones is to be prepared to fight the dangerous or harmful element. Thus, stress is not only associated with the emotional changes that are headaches and tension but also body changes can be a reason for stress.
How Do We Know We Are Stressed?
There are various signs and symptoms that become apparent or various problems that occur whenever we feel stressed and experience feelings of insecurity and emotional imbalance.
